The signals, scores and analyses generated by Earnnest are technical and fundamental analysis support tools, produced automatically from public market data. They are in no way investment advice, personalised recommendations, or inducements to buy or sell financial instruments within the meaning of the MiFID II Directive (Articles L. 321-1 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code in France).

Earnnest holds no authorisation issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or by any other financial regulator. Use of the signals provided by the platform is the user's sole responsibility.

Any investment carries a risk of capital loss, partial or total. Past performance is no guarantee of future performance. The data displayed comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

3. No investment advice

Earnnest is not an investment adviser (CIF) within the meaning of Article L.541-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, nor an investment services provider (PSI) within the meaning of Article L.531-1. The information provided is purely informative and educational. Before any investment decision, users are invited to consult an authorised professional and to check that any investment suits their personal situation.

The directional indicators displayed (bullish, neutral, bearish signal) are automated statistical aggregates produced from public market data. They are not personalised recommendations within the meaning of Article L.321-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code or Article 4(1)(4) of the MiFID II Directive (2014/65/EU). Earnnest does not take the user's individual financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance into account to produce these indicators.

4. Digital assets (cryptocurrencies)

Earnnest allows crypto-assets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins) to be tracked and analysed for information only. These features fall under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA), applicable since 30 December 2024.

  • Crypto-assets are highly volatile instruments: their value can move sharply over short periods and you may lose the entire amount invested.
  • They are not covered by European investor protection schemes (deposit guarantee, investor compensation).
  • Earnnest is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) within the meaning of the MiCA Regulation and neither holds nor transmits digital assets.
  • The signals and analyses shown on crypto-assets are purely informative and are not investment advice or an inducement to buy or sell.

5. Data sources

  • Prices and fundamentals: third-party market data providers (delayed by about 15 minutes)
  • News and calendar: third-party financial data providers
  • AI analyses: advanced language model (provider: Anthropic), not authorised as a financial analyst. Chat assistant: provider Groq

Earnnest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or real-time updating of this data.

6. Intellectual property

The source code, design, texts and the Ernest mascot are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

7. Personal data (GDPR)

Earnnest collects only the data needed to run the service: e-mail address, name and Google identifier (via OAuth). This data is stored on secure servers (Supabase, hosted in the European Union) and is never sold to third parties.
